Hi there, I'm Keith.
Some of my earliest memories are of building homes with my dad.
He worked in construction, which meant my siblings and I did too. We'd spend weekends cleaning job sites, delivering plans to contractors, and eventually helping build our own family homes together.
Those early experiences became the foundation for everything that followed. They taught me that a home is more than lumber, concrete, and blueprints—it's where families grow, memories are made, and traditions live on.
Over the last sixteen years, I've managed more than $100 million in commercial construction projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, including schools, churches, multifamily housing, and commercial developments.
I'm proud of every one of those projects, but the ones that excited me most weren't the biggest ones.
They were the homes.
While managing commercial projects during the day, I spent nights and weekends helping build over a dozen homes for myself, family members, and close friends. Whether serving as the general contractor or as a trusted advisor, every project confirmed what I'd known since I was young: helping families build homes is what I love most.
That passion eventually led to the creation of Coulee Reach Builders.
I founded Coulee Reach to combine the professionalism and management discipline I've learned from large-scale construction with the personal attention every homeowner deserves.

Today, my wife, Erica, and I are raising our family here in the Tri-Cities. And just as my dad once invited me onto his job sites, I now get to share that same experience with my own kids.
